0.1 Introduction

This tutorial module is mainly intended for users of Sympathy Crossword Publisher, although all the features demonstrated are also available in the full version (Sympathy Crossword Construction). The screen shots are based on Sympathy Crossword Publisher and some dialogs appear slightly different in Sympathy Crossword Construction.

In the tutorial module, we will enter a crossword into Sympathy, then print and export the finished result. Although the example is based on a blocked grid, US style fully checked puzzles are entered in exactly the same way. The puzzle we will create is the "quick" crossword shown below:
